DHL Supply Chain, the global market leader in contract logistics solutions, has been recognised for the first time within the top ten workplaces in Australia published by Great Place to Work® (GPTW). The news comes shortly after DHL Supply Chain was certified a GPTW for the third consecutive year.

I would like to thank all DHL Supply Chain colleagues – I could not be prouder of our teams,” said Steve Thompsett, CEO, DHL Supply Chain, Australia.

Rachael McDonald, Vice President Human Resources shared some insights into DHL Supply Chain’s focus on employee engagement, “We are passionate about nurturing and investing in the DHL employee culture. Through our world-class engagement, certified development and DEIB programs, we aim to inspire and empower employees with the knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service. The DHL culture fosters an employee experience that is truly exceptional. This award is a testament to all team members. Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation. To be recognised as a top ten GPTW, employees are required to fill out a voluntary survey which independently assesses the employees’ experience across measures such as Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. DHL Supply Chain aims to maintain its status as a GPTW and to constantly improve employee engagement by continuing to invest in the right initiatives to support a stronger workplace culture.
