Yes, DHL Multishipping supports several accounts in your company.
Can I re-print transport documents?
Yes, you can re-print labels and waybill.
Select "My Shipments - Shipment status".
Activate the shipment you want to re-print documents for (flag on the left)
Press "Freight documents"
Can I change or cancel my pick-up request?
Yes, please contact our DHL Freight customer service tel. +372 6808401.
If we do not receive an ordered pickup cancellation request we will charge the pickup in accordance with the agreement.
When can I use DHL Multishipping?
You can use DHL Multishipping 24/7.
DHL reserves the right to change the Service and update the webpage.
How long can a session be inactive before the user is logged out of the system?
60 minutes.
