Power outage in Spain and Portugal

After yesterday’s massive power outage, power has been restored in most areas. The blackout led to significant disruptions all over the countries. Delays continue in transport operations, among others. since there is backlog from yesterday and increased volumes due to the public holiday of May 1^st.
