CORNING CONTINUES TO ENTRUST DHL SUPPLY CHAIN WITH ITS BUSINESS

• Corning Pouyet SAS has decided to pursue its collaboration with DHL Supply Chain, which manages the logistics of its connectivity products for telecom networks for another 3 years.
• The logistics specialist will continue to store components, prepare orders and distribute them to Corning's French customers.   

DHL Supply Chain, the world's leading logistics company, is pleased to announce the renewal of its contract for 3 years with Corning Pouyet SAS, a company specializing in products and solutions for broadband communication infrastructure.

Following Corning's acquisition in 2018 of Pouyet 3M Telecommunications S.A.S, as part of Corning’s acquisition of 3M Communication Market Division, Corning has been developing the market further, stepping on its long lasting innovation to provide complete solutions for telecommunications network, data center or in building infrastructure.

Corning Pouyet SAS wanted to outsource the logistics and select a service provider capable of supporting its growth in France. DHL Supply Chain was chosen because of its renowned expertise, its numerous customer references in the Technology sector and its ability to offer a complete ready-to-use and operational solution in the shortest possible time.

The services managed at the DHL Supply Chain site in Saint Barthélemy d'Anjou (49) cover the reception and storage of products, preparation of orders, personalization operations (specific labeling) as well as shipments in the various regions of France.
