Non-existing Customer
Do I need to be a DHL customer to use the portal?
Yes, you need to be a registered and existing customer with DHL to use myDHLFreight portal. If you are not a DHL customer yet and would like to become one, please contact our customer support team.

How can I register to the myDHLFreight portal?
Please complete the registration form found here. The only requirements for registration are an email address and your DHL Freight Account number or DHL Freight Invoice ID. Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your login information.

Registration
I do not remember my Account Number/Invoice Address ID?
The account number is part of your DHL contract and can be found on your DHL invoice or by contacting our Customer Support for account-related queries.
How can I register on the portal?
You can self-register by following this link. Please refer to the tutorial video in case if any assistance needed.
Can I use my name as a User ID?
My Account number is not accepted by the system.
Ensure that the correct format is being used (no lowercase letters). If still not accepted, contact our Customer Support team.
Can I add more than one Account Number to the same profile?
Yes, you can add multiple account numbers to your profile. This can be done by simply clicking on ‘+Add another account’ button available in your Profile.
I have DHL accounts in different countries. Can I register with one email ID?
Each User ID can only be associated with one country, and a unique email address can only be connected to one Account. If you wish to access the portal for multiple countries, you'll need to create separate User IDs using unique email addresses for each country.
How long does it take to activate an account?
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your activation process is as efficient and smooth as possible. Typically, this takes 30 to 60 minutes during our business hours. You can start preparing your address book or creating templates as soon as you submit the registration form, while your user account is being activated.
What is the 'Account Reference Name (optional)' field for?
This field is optional and serves to help identify the account, especially if you have more than one account linked to your profile.
Pallet Account
What is a Pallet Account and Empty Pallet Pickup?
A Pallet account is only available for Swedish customers with a special agreement. It is used for EUR pallet transfers, including pallet balance transfers and empty pallet pickups.
How can I add an empty pallet account?
To add an empty pallet account, simply navigate to "Pallet Accounts" on My Dashboard and click on "Add pallet account.“
Where can I check my pallet balance?
You can conveniently view your account balances for each pallet account right from My Dashboard. Just click on “Pallet Accounts.”
Where do I find my waybills after booking?
After booking empty pallets, please note that waybills are not stored in myDHLFreight. However, you can instantly print them right after the booking process, and they will also be automatically sent to your provided email address for your records.
