Responding to over 60 survey questions, employees assessed the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™, regardless of their role or background. Trust and the realization of full potential within the organization constituted 85% of the evaluation, and Great Place to Work® assessed these experiences relative to the organization's size, workforce composition, and industry benchmarks. The remaining 15% of the ranking considered employees’ daily experiences of innovation, alignment with the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, ensuring consistency. Companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified™ standard to be considered for this honor. To ensure the survey results represent all employees accurately, Great Place to Work requires a 95% confidence level with a 5% margin of error or better and conducts reviews to identify any anomalies in survey responses, news, and financial performance that might affect the trustworthiness of a company's survey results.1
