DHL Global Forwarding Ireland Recognized as Top Employer

DHL Global Forwarding has earned the prestigious title of Top Employer in Ireland for the fifth time. This certification recognizes the extensive efforts of DHL to foster an inclusive, supportive, safe, and engaging work environment for its employees. As a part of DHL Global Forwarding, Freight, the company has been also recognized as a Top Employer in 49 country organizations, securing certifications as Top Employer Global 2024, Top Employer Asia Pacific 2024, Top Employer Africa 2024, Top Employer Europe 2024, Top Employer Middle East 2024, and Top Employer North America 2024.
The Top Employers Institute recognizes excellence in people practices, allowing organizations to assess and continuously improve their workplace environment. Participating companies are validated through a Human Resources Best Practices Assessment, constituting six key aspects: Steer, Shape, Develop, Engage, Attract, and Unite. DHL Global Forwarding implements numerous HR initiatives worldwide in these areas, fostering a work environment where talent can thrive and excellence can flourish.

In addition to DHL Global Forwarding, all other divisions, and DHL Group itself have been certified as Top Employer 2024 at global, regional, or country levels. Compared to the previous year, DHL Group's scores improved in numerous evaluation criteria. The Top Employers Institute lauded DHL Group for its "Employee Listening" concept and effective utilization of employee surveys. Additional highlights include consistent goals and values across all departments, a strategic corporate focus on diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging, and top scores for "Employer Branding." The institute also acknowledged DHL's "robust Sustainability roadmap," with the HR department playing a pivotal role.
DHL Group, one of the largest employers in the world with approximately 600,000 employees, has set an ambitious goal for 2025: to have at least 90% of all employees working in workplaces recognized as Top Employer or Great Place To Work. The company is progressively advancing towards achieving this goal.
