DHL EXPRESS IS 2021’S BEST PLACE TO WORK IN INDIA

• Great Place to Work® Institute ranks DHL Express first in ‘India’s best companies to work for in 2021’ list
• For the ninth consecutive year, DHL Express secures spot in list of India’s top 100 best companies to work for

DHL Express, the world’s leading express service provider, has been named as the number one company to work for in India for the year 2021 by Great Place to Work® Institute. Every year, the Institute measures the quality of employee experience and an organization’s people practices through employee feedback to determine if an organization has built a positive workplace. This year, more than 10,000 organizations from 60 countries participated in the rigorous and objective survey process. This is the first time DHL Express India has secured the top spot in this list.

DHL Express has continuously strived to emerge as India’s employer of choice through a myriad of initiatives and policies that showcase the company’s dedication towards employee welfare. Even during the pandemic, the company consistently ensured 360-degree employee welfare by looking after not only the physical and mental health of teams but, also their families.  For example, DHL Express India launched home quarantine services, tele-medical consultation, doctor-on-call facility, complete insurance coverage in case of COVID-19-related hospitalization amongst a host of other programs to ensure the well-being of its 3,200+ employees. Through the course of the pandemic, the company has also launched several online engagement programs to motivate employees and encourage workplace camaraderie amidst the new normal.
