DHL EXPRESS IS BEST WORKPLACE IN JAPAN BY GREAT PLACE TO WORK® FOR THE NINTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has been named Japan’s Best Workplace 2021 by Great Place to Work® Institute Japan (GPTW) for the ninth consecutive year. DHL Express Japan claimed 9th position on the ranking among Japan large companies category (over 1,000 employees).
This award is based on results of a survey conducted by GPTW, the global authority on workplace culture. In 2021, feedback from numerous number of employees from 462 companies in Japan are reflected in this survey.
Motivated and engaged people are integral to a company’s ability to deliver highest quality of service and competitiveness. Across the group, with approximately 550,000 employees, Deutsche Post DHL group (DP DHL Group) conducts an annual large scale anonymous survey, called Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), which enables all employees to voice their feedback and suggestions to management in order to create a better workplace and environment. In Japan, 99% of employees participated in a previous survey.

In 2020, DHL Express was also recognized as the best place to work in Asia by GPTW, the second time the company had taken the top spot on the list of Best Workplaces in Asia for two years in a row.
