DHL EXPRESS KOREA PARTNERS WITH BGF RETAIL TO EXPAND ITS ON DEMAND DELIVERY SHIPMENT COLLECTION LOCATIONS

- Customers can now collect their shipments from 7,300 CU convenience stores across the country, at any time of day
- DHL Express now has more than 13,000 locations nationwide for convenient shipment collection
DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has announced a partnership with BGF Retail, which operates CU, one of the largest convenience store chains in Korea – to expand its network of shipment collection locations across the country. With this partnership, customers can now collect their inbound express shipments easily at any of the 7,300 CU convenience stores nationwide.

We will continue to diversify our service offerings and explore opportunities to bring customer convenience and satisfaction to a higher level.”
Now with CU convenience stores added to its ‘On Demand Delivery’ service options, DHL Express customers can collect their shipments from more than 13,000 locations including DHL service points, lockers, and existing GS25 convenience stores.
With ‘On Demand Delivery’, DHL customers can select their desired CU store collection location through the website link provided via a text message and email. Once the DHL courier completes delivery to the selected CU store location, the customer will receive a notification to visit the location in order to collect their shipment. Customers will have 7 days to collect their shipment – shipments which are not collected will be returned to the nearest DHL service center.
