DHL Express, the world’s leading express service provider, has won the grand prize in the transportation and logistics category at the 13th Korea Social Media Award for the seventh consecutive year.
The Korea Social Media Award, hosted by the Korea Internet Communication Association (KICOA) and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) assesses the extent to which brands engage with customers on social media channels and recognizes those that demonstrate excellent digital communication performances. This year, companies were evaluated on a number of criteria including customer evaluation on communication index, content competitiveness, monitoring analysis, voices of customer, official report review, and committee verification.
DHL Express Korea has been providing tailored logistics content for its customers on a diversified set of social media channels such as its corporate blog, Naver post, Facebook, and Instagram. This year, the company has exemplified its role as the leading express service provider globally by publishing a series of new content about COVID-19 issues and its impact on different aspects of the logistics industry.
