DHL EXPRESS KOREA OPENS A NEW SERVICE POINT IN MAGOK

  • The new Service Point expands customer touchpoint in the western part of Seoul
  • Close proximity to Magok subway station and nearby high-tech complexes makes it convenient for both corporate and private customers

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider announced the opening of its new service point in Magok District, to expand its customer touchpoints and strengthen international express shipping services in the western part of Seoul.

Located nearby high-tech R&D industrial complexes made up of large enterprises such as Lotte, LG, and Kolon, as well as several small and medium-sized companies. The new service point in Magok District will vastly enhance the accessibility of the international express shipping services for the neighboring corporate customers. In addition, it sits immediately adjacent to the Magok subway station, not only bolstering brand visibility but also providing even greater convenience to drop-off shipments for the private walk-in customers. The business hours of the new service point is from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, and the daily cut-off time for outbound shipment is 5 PM.

DHL Express Korea is holding special promotions to celebrate the new opening of the service point:

  • A special discount of KRW 10,000 to all customers shipping via ‘Express Easy’, sold exclusively at DHL Service Point  at a discounted rate, until March 31, 2022.
  • All shipping customers will receive a limited giveaway ofedition DHL eco-bag.
  • A specially designed DHL holographic sticker sheet will be given to all those who post a service review on their Instagram with the hashtags, #InternationalShipping and #DHLMagok.
