1. Review Requirements for Working with DHL Freight

To become a DHL Freight Carrier you must accept both our Contractual Requirements (GTC) and Minimum Security Requirements. Please be sure you review and understand the following documents before moving on to the application.

2. Prepare Your Application Materials

To complete our application form, you will be asked to upload following documents. Please prepare these documents before moving to the application

  • Signed General Terms and Conditions for Transport Services (GTC) for Europe, Germany or both (download PDF above)
  • DHL Hauler Fact Sheet
  • Official Letterhead (PDF) with key information about your company. (See required details in Your Official Letter below)
  • EU-License (PDF)
  • Insurance confirmation (PDF)

Please send us your official letterhead stamped and signed by a responsible representative.

  • Tax number
  • Commercial firm name
  • Address
  • Registration number (if applicable for your commercial firm)
