DHL has implemented a group wide Anti-Corruption and Business Ethics Policy in all markets and jurisdictions in which DHL operates. For the case of DHL Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and DHL Air Freight Forwarder Sdn Berhad, this includes but not limited to, full compliance to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009 (amended in 2018).
