DHL SUPPLY CHAIN NEW ZEALAND RECEIVES GREAT PLACE TO WORK® CERTIFICATION FOR THE FIRST TIME

DHL Supply Chain, the world’s leading contract logistics provider has been recognised as a Great Place to Work® in New Zealand.

Submissions were judged according to the following criteria: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Using employee feedback, certification confirms that nearly 7 out of 10 employees have a consistently positive experience at DHL Supply Chain New Zealand. Despite the ongoing constraints and restrictions posed to workplace arrangements across New Zealand due to the Delta and Omicron Covid-19 outbreaks over the past year, DHL Supply Chain New Zealand has continued to endeavour high employee engagement levels. To promote team spirit, the company has been actively engaging its workforce by organizing virtual get-togethers and employee recognition awards, smaller focus groups and contactless team-building exercises.
