The Table of Fees for Additional Services (TFAS). The file contains a list of fees and additional services effective from 01.06.2024. DHL Fracht is entitled to make changes to the TFAS or issue a new TFAS at any time.

Fuel Surcharges
For road freight products a fuel surcharge will be added to the base shipment transportation cost (before value-added services costs). It's applicable for all road freight services. Based on the fluctuation of fuel costs, the fuel surcharge will be regulated accordingly each month, with the surcharge index published in advance.
Actual applicable cost of fuel surcharge for international road freight services (TBO Euroconnect and Eurapid services):
- January 2025– 27,50%
- December 2024– 26,50%
Actual applicable cost of fuel surcharge for international road freight services (NTBO Euroline and Euroline domestic services):
- 01.01 – 31.12.2025 – 5,75%
- 01.12 – 31.12.2024 – 5,50%

Cost Raise Factor (CRF), MAUT
The CRF surcharge is applicable for DHL Freight Euroconnect and Eurapid services and will be added to the total of freight value (before additional surcharges).
Calculation based on the increase of selected factors costs. The current cost will be announced in advance.
On October 22, 2024, the Council of Ministers adopted an amendment to the regulation expanding the network of toll roads in Poland. Starting from November 1, 2024, an additional 1600 km of A-class and S-class roads will be subject to the e-toll fee. Therefore, we inform you about the update of the CRF surcharge to include the additional costs of service.
From January 1, 2025, the expansion of the toll road network in Poland surcharge will be maintained in the form of a dedicated MAUT fee added to the base rates.

Currency Adjustment Factor
Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) is the percentage difference between the exchange rate applied to and the average arithmetical of daily exchange rates of NBP (National Bank of Poland) from the month preceding the month of CAF indicator is in effect.
Factor of cost structure is stating the share of forwarding and logistic cost stated in currency in relation to total costs. At present at DHL Freight it is 65% and may change with the change of costs’ structure of DHL Freight.
Currency adjustment factor (CAF) value applicable for international road freight services:
- January 2025: EUR 0,0%
- December 2024: EUR 0,0%
Customers are advised to review detailed information about the Currency Adjustment Factor.
DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the Currency Adjustment Factor and it's calculating methodology without notice.
DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the fuel surcharge index and table in advance. Both amount and duration of the fuel surcharge will be determined at DHL's sole discretion.
