Fathi Tlatli
President Global Auto-Mobility Sector, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation
Fathi Tlatli has been with DHL for 16 years, starting in 2004 as Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector. He took on additional responsibilities for the Global Aerospace Sector in 2007 and became President of DHL’s Global Auto-Mobility Sector in 2009, overseeing strategy and global customer management. He holds an MBA from the University of Leuven and a Bachelor's in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Louvain, along with diplomas from Stanford and IMD. Fathi is also an author of books on time management and marketing in emerging markets.
Segsarn Trai-Ukos
Managing Director, Michelin SMPT
Segsarn Trai-Ukos was appointed Managing Director of Société des Matières Premières Tropicales Pte Ltd (SMPT) in April 2020, after serving as Chief Administrative Officer & VP Public Affairs for MICHELIN South-East Asia, Oceania, and Japan-Korea. He is actively involved in several non-profit organizations, including as Chair of SICCRA, Board Member of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce Rubber Association, and Vice-Chairman of Alliance Française in Thailand. Segsarn holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in International Law from Université de Nice and an E-MBA from SASIN, Chulalongkorn University.
Karsten Michaelis
Head of Ocean Freight Asia Pacific, DHL Global Forwarding Management (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd
Karsten is the Head of Ocean Freight for DHL Global Forwarding in Asia Pacific, overseeing the ocean freight business across 21 countries. With over 20 years of experience, he began his career in Germany in 1996 and has worked in Asia Pacific since 2002, with postings in Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Australia, and Singapore. Before his current role, he led the regional Full-Container-Load product and capacity management team at DHL. Karsten graduated with Honors in Business and Management Studies from Oxford Brookes University and sits on the Asia Pacific Management Board for DHL Global Forwarding, based in Singapore.
