Our in-person, cross-sector event "Innovation in Practice" explored the latest technologies and solutions that are already boosting logistics operations in either DHL's supply chains or those of selected customers. In this intimate, small-forum conference, delegates were encouraged to reference their own real-world challenges, share best practice, and learn from the valuable experiences of their peers

George Kanupla
Vice President LLP - DHL Supply Chain
As VP of LLP at DHL Supply Chain, George brings ten years of experience at DHL and over twenty years in the supply chain industry, holding leadership roles across shipper, 3PL, and 4PL sectors. He has spent seven years overseeing Control Tower operations, focusing on integrated solutions, implementing the LSHC Transport COE, and managing complex transport operations. Additionally, George served three years as the North America LLP lead, emphasizing customer and product growth. Since 2021, his responsibilities have expanded to include LLP Account Management, Operational Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Implementations.

Senior Specialist, IoT Business Development Innovation - DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation
As Sr. Specialist in Business Development & Innovation, Cedric Grosch drives the deployment of connected devices and end-to-end Internet of Things solutions across all sectors and DHL business units in the Americas. He manages innovation projects with technology partners, customers, and startups and is part of the DHL Americas Innovation Center in Chicago. Cedric began his journey at DHL Group in 2018 with a part-time shop floor job at Deutsche Post while studying industrial engineering. He completed internships at the DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf and Chicago before assuming his current role.
