DHL EXPRESS NAMED #1 BEST WORKPLACE IN SINGAPORE

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has been named the number one Best Workplaces™ 2021 in Singapore by Great Place to Work® Institute. This marks the second time that DHL Express has taken the top spot for Best Workplaces in Singapore and also the fifth consecutive time it has been certified a Great Place to Work® since 2017.

DHL Express came in first in the category of ‘Medium and Large’ workplaces, maintaining its #1 position in 2020.

Findings from the results have shown the Trust Index (TI) scores improving constantly, reaching 97%, up by 1 percentage point from the previous year. The results have also shown that 98% of Employees think that DHL is a great place to work as compared to 53% at a typical Global company¹. The high trust culture is evident across various demographic groups which shows employees have a similar and consistent experience no matter what they do, who they are and from where they work.

There were increases in results for four of the five Trust Index Dimensions (Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, Camaraderie) – rising above the great 2020 results. Camaraderie, Credibility, Respect, and Pride improved by 1 percentage point to 97%, while Fairness is maintained at 95%.
