DHL EXPRESS NAMED #1 BEST WORKPLACE IN SINGAPORE FOR 4TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has been ranked number one on the Best Workplaces™ 2023 list in Singapore by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This marks the fourth time DHL Express has taken the top spot and the seventh consecutive time it has been certified a Great Place to Work® since 2017.

DHL Express is ranked first in the ‘Large’ workplaces category, maintaining its first position since 2020.

Based on the 2023 Trust Index (TI) survey, 97% of employees rated DHL Express Singapore as a great place to work. The TI scores also showed that the company had increased its scores across categories like credibility, pride and camaraderie, while maintaining its scores in respect and fairness.

Notably, almost all employees indicated that DHL Express is a safe workplace (99%) and trust their management to only lay off people as a last resort (98%). The high trust culture is evident across various demographic groups, demonstrating similar and consistent employee experience – no matter what they do, who they are and where they work from.

The study also found that DHL employees continue to feel they make a difference here (96%) and feel good about how DHL contributes to the community (up 1% from last year to 98%). This reflects DHL’s purpose of “Connecting people, improving lives” where employees aim to create lasting impact for the people and the communities they operate in via the social impact “Go” programs: GoGreen, GoHelp, GoTeach, and GoTrade.

This year, DHL Express has also been ranked number one on Asia’s Best Workplaces™ lists.

Great Place to Work®, a global people analytics and consulting firm, assesses the work experience of employees through its certification program every year. To determine the 2023 Singapore’s Best Workplaces™️, Great Place To Work®️ analyzed confidential survey feedback provided by employees about their organization’s culture. They responded to 60 statements on a 5-point scale and answered two open-ended questions. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
