Fathi Tlatli has been with DHL for 16 years, starting as Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector in 2004, then leading the Global Aerospace Sector in 2007. In 2009, he became President of DHL’s Global Auto-Mobility Sector, overseeing strategy and global customer management. Fathi holds an MBA from the University of Leuven and a Bachelor's in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Louvain, along with diplomas from Stanford and IMD. He’s authored books on Time Management and marketing.

Lukas Neckermann
Neckermann Strategic Advisors
Lukas is an expert in future mobility, advising startups, corporates, and infrastructure providers on shared, autonomous, and electric mobility. He co-founded PAVE Europe, serves on advisory boards, and advises MSCI’s Future Mobility Index. Lukas lectures at Hult School of Business, TU Berlin, and the University of St. Gallen. He was interim COO of Splyt (2021-2022). With 20 years in automotive, financial services, and media, he’s held roles at BMW and Allianz and authored books on mobility.

Lorraine Frega
Executive Vice President Distribution and Services & Solutions - Michelin
Lorraine is Executive Vice President of Distribution and Services & Solutions at Michelin, overseeing Strategy, Sustainable Development, and the China Region. She joined the Group Executive Committee in 2021. Previously, she was Head of Corporate Strategy (2019) and Corporate Development Director (2018) at Michelin. Lorraine was Chief Strategy Officer at Shanghai Winner Environmental Technologies and led investment projects at Global Water Development Partners. She also worked at Veolia in China.
