Iris inspires audiences with her dynamic mindset and "fail fast" approach to collaborating with startups. Vice President, Head of Innovation & Trend Research, Customer Solutions & Innovation

Dr. Klaus Dohrmann leads DHL's flagship innovation center in Cologne, Germany, and oversees its global trend research activities. His role emphasizes driving thought leadership and customer-focused innovation. With extensive knowledge in supply chain and logistics, Klaus previously served as Vice President of Sector Development for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI). In that capacity, he spearheaded the global strategy for sectors such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Energy, while also developing strategies for Auto-Mobility, Technology, and eRetail & Fashion.

Global Director Product Development Management – Accelerated Digitalization DHL Supply Chain,  DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Bastiaan Snaterse has over 15yrs of experience in logistics at DHL and has been on the Accelerated Digitalization team from day one. In his role, he leads the team responsible for identifying, productizing, and scaling key operational technologies across the DHL Supply Chain footprint of 2,000+ operations worldwide.  Furthermore, Bastiaan works closely with internal and external colleagues from all regions to realize the potential of supply chain digitalization and automation.

As Global Head of LLP, Thorsten Roggenbuck leads DHL’s efforts to build fully digital, end-to-end supply chain orchestration services (e.g. including predictive analytics, digital twin supply chains, inventory profiling/optimization , Co2 footprint optimization). With over 23 years at DHL, Thorsten has experience leading roles in internal management, consulting, and global account management.

Over 30 years experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments, working in local, regional, and global roles. Leading the charge in product development within DHL Global Packaging Solutions. Focused on innovative and practical solutions in packaging and automation. 

Senior Manager - IoT Business Development Innovation, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Jordan is a specialist in driving digitalization and business transformation. As the IoT BD & Innovation Manager at Deutsche Post DHL Group, he develops IoT solutions in partnership with technology partners, customers, and startups. He manages projects testing new sensor technologies for indoor localization, shipment tracking, and logistics efficiency.

Previously, Jordan led global email marketing for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI) and oversaw event technology and CRM projects. He is part of the DHL Innovation Center and holds a master’s degree in International Business from Aalborg University in Denmark.

Specialist, SmartSolutions Operations & Customer Success, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Tehzib is currently working as a Specialist in Operations and Customer Success within the SmartSolutions IoT Team. His journey with DHL began in July 2020 when he joined as a working student in the same team. Since June 2022, Tehzib has taken on the full-time role as a Specialist. His background traces back to India, where he was born and raised. In pursuit of his academic aspirations, Tehzib relocated to Germany in 2017 to undertake a bachelor's degree in Aviation Management in Bad Honnef.
