What is the Internal Information Channel?

Internal Information Channel DHL Group's internal channel through which potential irregularities can be reported under the terms provided for in Law 2/2023, of February 20, 2023, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations.

How to submit a potential incident?

The Whistleblowing Channel includes the following channels for reporting potential irregularities:

I.    Written:

a.    through our BKMS Whistleblowing System: dpdhlcompliance.com

b.    by written communication to the attention of the DHL Exel Supply Chain (Spain) Internal Information Channel Instructor, to the following postal address: Avenida Castilla, número 2 (Edificio Italia), planta 2" - 28830 San Fernando de Henares Madrid (Spain).

II.    Verbally:

a.    By voice messaging, by calling +34 910477636. The system will ask you to enter the following PIN: 6847.

b.    at the request of the informant, through a meeting (face-to-face, online or by telephone).
