Each year, DHL Express offers an average of more than 3 days of training to each of its employees. In 2024, 100% of employees participated in at least one training activity. The “Certified International Specialist” (CIS) program, deployed internationally, ensures continuous skill development and an evolving career path at all levels of the company: onboarding pathways, specific job modules, and leadership programs such as the “Supervisory” training, which spans 2 years and culminates in certification. DHL Express France also has programs promoting internal mobility, such as “Path to success,” for operational staff: already 8 promotions, with 75% of participants promoted.
