WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

In 2021, the Landed Cost service from DHL has been even more invaluable than it was before, and that was already a high bar. The accurate duty and tax quotes meant we were able to give our overseas customers confidence that buying from us was as easy as buying in their own country. Without this facility I shudder to think how we would be trading overseas.

– Gareth Dart, Herring Shoes (UK)

The DHL team’s support has been great leading up to our rollout of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Their responses have been quick and always willing to assist.  Sincere thanks to their support and looking forward to their continual support as KrisShop expands its range of products for its overseas customers.

– Patrick Kwang, KrisShop Pte Ltd (SG)

We’re a UK based marketplace that connects customers in over 60 markets with luxury merchandise from specialist sellers in more than 14 markets. We needed to calculate landed costs as we rolled out a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solution, and DHL’s Global Trade Services solution let us rapidly and accurately roll it out to our customers globally. We and our clients are delighted with the results.
