DHL EXPRESS SPONSORED THE OPENING PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL INTERLEAGUE GAME

DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, sponsored the Japan’s professional baseball team, Yomiuri Giants vs. the Orix Buffaloes game at Tokyo Dome on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, as "DHL Japan Nighter". On the day of the game, an original clapper banner featuring a collaboration between DHL Japan and the Yomiuri Giants was distributed to the first 10,000 visitors, and original mascots wearing a DHL Courier uniform appeared in the stadium to lift the mood of the game with the company movie shown on the in-stadium vision screen.

At the special DHL Japan booth set up in the stadium's main plaza, electric bike used for shipment delivery and boxes were displayed. DHL paper craft was also distributed to the first 3,000 booth visitors. Smiling parents and children taking pictures with the electric bike and children entering an SNS campaign to win DHL's merchandise were seen under the tent. As this year marks the 50th anniversary of DHL's presence in Japan, 50 members of single-parent families were invited to watch the game.
