DHL EXPRESS JAPAN TO START ACCEPTING OVERSEAS DOCUMENT SHIPMENTS FROM POST OFFICES ACROSS JAPAN
Press Release: Tokyo Japan, June 20, 2023
DHL's international express service is now available to ship documents from post offices throughout Japan
DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, will begin accepting overseas document shipments via “Letter Pack Light”, a product of Japan Post Co. Ltd., from today. Shipping from a post office or a convenience store that handles the product in Japan, you can easily send documents to more than 220 countries and territories around the world using DHL's international express service.
This new initiative will make it possible to send documents overseas, which previously had to be brought to a DHL service point or arranged for pickup, by posting Letter Pack Light, a Japan Post product. This will enable customers to easily ship documents with DHL using Letter Pack Light purchased at post offices or convenience stores as long as they prepare their shipping documents and complete payment using DHL's online shipping tool in advance.
