Dr. Klaus Dohrmann

Dr. Klaus Dohrmann is Vice President, Global Head of Innovation & Trend Research at DHL CSI. He positions DHL as a logistics thought leader through initiatives like THE Logistics Trend Radar and Trend Reports. His team drives innovation from customer engagement and technology scouting to commercial solutions. Dr. Dohrmann also leads the DHL SmartSolutions IoT team, providing IoT solutions for supply chain visibility, operational excellence, and safety.

Mehul Patel

Vice President Digital Services, Data and Artificial Intelligence​

Honeywell International Inc.

As VP of Digital Services, Data, and AI at Honeywell, Mehul leads initiatives in AI, data analytics, and software connectivity. Previously, he was VP of Advanced Automation, overseeing key automation projects. Earlier roles include CTO and VP of Engineering for Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions. He has guided R&D and product development across multiple units. A thought leader and inventor, Mehul holds over 120 U.S. and international patents.

Jim Giedraitis

DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation 

Jim Giedraitis is the Head of DHL Americas Innovation Center, leading a team focused on innovations that transform supply chains and drive customer-centric logistics. Jim joined DHL in 2011, working in Life Sciences, Chemical sectors, and Business Development. Before his current role, he was a Global Customer Director for a US-based pharmaceutical account. He previously managed Life Science and Healthcare customers at CSI. Jim lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife and two children.

Mario Ramirez

DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Mario Ramirez is the Senior Innovation Engagement Manager at the Americas Innovation Center, with over a decade of experience from Amazon and Pepsi Logistics. He has led Lean change management initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation. Mario’s technical expertise and passion for customer engagement help him foster strong relationships. An Indiana native, he holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and exploring craft breweries.

Emilia Endara

DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Emilia Endara, a journalist with a master’s in Emotional Intelligence and Character Education, transitioned from leading HR at DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) Ecuador to becoming an Innovation Engagement Manager at the DHL Americas Innovation Center. Emilia blends strategic thinking, leadership, and innovation in her role, leading tours, workshops, and deep dives with DHL commercial owners and customers to accelerate innovation, foster collaboration, and enhance customer relationships.

Diego Alvarez Mejía

DHl Customer Solutions & Innovation

Diego Alvarez Mejía is a Data Protection and Digital Regulation Specialist and Country Manager for Niubox Legal/Digital in Ecuador. He holds a law degree from PUCE and a master's in Telecommunications Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Certified in AI and Space Law, Diego is a founding partner of the Ecuadorian Data Protection Association and Secretary Director of CITEC. With over 10 years of experience, he is a speaker, professor, and advisor to Fortune 500 companies on digital regulation and privacy.

Eric Walters

DHL Supply Chain 

Eric Walters is VP of Analytics & Performance Management for DHL Supply Chain in North America (USA & Canada). His goal is to drive value through Basic and Advanced Analytics, focusing on AI and Analytics Products. With over 12 years at DHL, Eric plays a key role in creating and deploying innovative analytics solutions. He is based at the North America headquarters in Westerville, Ohio.
