Visits are tailored to focus areas deemed high interest by customers, such as: automation and efficiency, customer experience, environmental sustainability, health, safety and the future of work, physical and digital security, and visibility and resilience. You will then engage with targeted exhibits arranged by trends to discover innovation opportunities.

Here are a few trends you can interact with up close at the the DHL Asia Pacific Innovation Center:

Advanced Analytics

Advanced Analytics refers to sophisticated techniques and tools used to analyze and interpret data, aiming to extract insights and foresights and provide actionable intelligence beyond what is offered by traditional business intelligence methods today. Learn how data will continue to add value to logistics operations and see how DHL can leverage specific analytics models to forecast demand, increase the accuracy of demand planning, increase revenue, improve visibility of inventory levels, reduce storage costs and more.

Bionic Enhancement

DHL promotes the use of mechanical systems worn close to the body to augment human abilities and improve worker safety and well-being. Advanced wearables and exoskeletons can support logistics workforces in minimizing health and safety risks while making repetitive, manual tasks more comfortable.  Try on an exosuit and see how ergonomic movements can be better supported – everyone benefits.

Digital Twins

Digital twins are virtual models that accurately mirror the real-time conditions and behaviors of physical objects or processes. This digital simulation allows for visualization, diagnosis, analysis, prediction, simulation, and optimization without needing someone to interact with its physical twin. Enter Element 6: the digital twin of a physical supply chain to demonstrate how data, analytics, AI and other digitalization initiatives combined can support organizations to achieve net zero.
