DHL SWEDEN NAMED INDUSTRY WINNER OF SUSTAINABLE BRAND INDEX B2B FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW

For the third year in a row, DHL has been named industry winner in the Sustainable Brand Index's annual measurement of sustainable brands within B2B. In the 2019 study, executive managers in the target group of SMEs with from 40 and up to 500 employees have ranked companies from a sustainability perspective and judged DHL as the most sustainable in the transport industry.

"The award as an industry winner in the Sustainable Brand Index B2B 2019 is extremely gratifying and a confirmation that DHL's dedicated and long-term sustainability work is producing results. This price shows that, together with our customers and suppliers, we can contribute to a more sustainable transport sector, says Robert Zander, CEO of DHL Freight Sweden.

Sustainable Brand IndexTM is the nordic region's largest brand survey with a focus on sustainability. The study has been conducted from a consumer perspective since 2011.
DHL is a global player with global ambitions in sustainability. DHL has assumed the objectives of the Paris Agreement – limiting global warming to well below 2 degrees – and the long-term global climate goal is therefore to reach zero net emissions of climate gases by 2050.

DHL is Sweden's most sustainable logistics company according to the Nordic region's largest brand survey, Sustainable Brand Index B2B. Decision makers in Sweden have ranked DHL as the industry's best three years in a row, 2017, 2018 and 2019, in the category "Transport and Logistics".
