Alexander Gunde
President, Global Technology Sector, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation
After earning his Business Administration degree in Wiesbaden, Germany, Alexander began his career in 1996 in San Sebastian, Spain. As International Manager of Guipuzcoana S.L., he connected the company to a European parcel network, joining Eurodis in 1998. He later contributed to harmonizing Eurodis with DHL's Europack network. In 1999, Alexander joined DHL, taking on various roles before becoming VP of German Automotive in 2009. Since 2019, he has led DHL’s global Technology sector.
Katja Busch
Chief Commercial Officer & Head of Customer Solutions & Innovations, DHL Group
Since February 2018, Katja Busch has been Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales Organization & DHL Customer Solutions Innovation at DHL Group. From 2013-2018, she was Chief Sales Officer at DHL Parcel Germany, overseeing domestic sales and customer service. Busch also led international customer service for the Post-eCommerce-Parcel division and headed the Global eCom Key Account Management unit. She joined DHL in 1997 after seven years at TNT Express and held various leadership roles in marketing and sales.
Paula Natoli
Director, Global Strategic Industries, Supply Chain & Logistics, Google
Paula Natoli is Director, Global Strategic Industries at Google Cloud, focusing on supply chain & logistics. She partners with companies to enhance customer satisfaction through data, AI, and technology. Before joining Google in 2020, Paula spent 23 years at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software), leading professional services and product management, deploying solutions for global companies. A recognized thought leader, she’s been named a Supply Chain Pro to Know and one of the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain in 2024.
Yin Zou
Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, DHL Group
Yin Zou is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at DHL Group. He previously served as CEO of SF DHL Supply Chain China, managing over 7,000 employees and a vast network across 1 million square meters of warehousing. Yin has 20+ years of logistics experience at DHL, with leadership roles in Europe, the U.S., and China, covering operations, strategy, and commercial development. He holds degrees in Chemistry, Economics, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
Tim Robertson
Chief Executive Officer, DHL Global Forwarding Americas
Tim Robertson joined DHL in 2002 as Global VP of Strategic Development. Over the years, he has held various roles, including CIO, Head of Customer Service, Head of Air Freight, and District Manager. He became CEO of DHL Global Forwarding Americas, leading 7,500 employees across 16 countries. Tim holds an MBA from Harvard and a bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney. He has received multiple awards, including the CEO Award for Sales Team of the Year in 2014.
Mary de Wysocki
SVP & Chief Sustainability Officer, CISCO
Mary has over a decade of experience leading various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and education initiatives for Cisco. She is currently Cisco's Chief Sustainability Officer.
Prior to her current role, Mary led the Corporate Affairs Strategy, including new program development, Public Benefit Investment and the Cisco Foundation, and Research and Insights.
Rich Bulger
Experienced CEO & Author of "Going Circular"
Rich Bulger, an Infopreneur, led a pioneering sustainability company focusing on eco-friendly product transfer strategies. His career began in the U.S. Army, where he developed a disciplined leadership style. At Verizon, he spent 17 years, notably launching the store trade-in program in 2009, generating $1.6 billion annually. He further refined his expertise at Cisco, managing global reverse logistics and earning the Gartner Top Supply Chain award. At RecirQ, he grew revenue from $27M to $116M in 5 years. Rich is a family man, married to Naomi with two children, Riley and Bryce.
Mike Thompson
Senior Partner, McKinsey and Company
Mike is a leader in McKinsey’s travel, transport, and logistics practice, with expertise in strategy and operations across freight rail, airlines, aerospace, trucking, and logistics. He also leads operations analytics, applying data science to enhance client outcomes. Recent work includes helping rail organizations improve asset strategies, advising on long-term strategies for the sharing economy and autonomous vehicles, and guiding analytics transformations. Mike holds a PhD in physical chemistry from Stanford, where his work contributed to the 2014 Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
