DHL eCommerce is a division of DHL Group, the world’s leading logistics provider. Our team is dedicated to providing our customers with innovative solutions for domestic and international shipping, specifically designed for e-commerce merchants.
We operate 22 distribution centers in the United States. Our regional corporate office is located in Weston, FL and have remote employees positioned around the country.

Corporate Positions

Commercial
The Commercial team is comprised of pricing, bid and contract management, yield management and commercial analytics functions. With a focus on enabling profitable growth in support of the overall business strategy, this team looks for smart solutions to help our customer base grow.
Marketing
Our brand voice is important, and the Marketing team works to make sure it’s heard. This team helps position DHL eCommerce well within the market, enabling the business’ growth. Being at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing industries means a mix of both traditional and digital strategies, using data analytics to support marketing messaging and goals.
Finance
The Finance team supports many aspects of the business, revolving around its short and long-term financial targets. This team is dedicated to planning and forecasting future performance, providing transparency and feedback on the economic position of the company and its parts, as well as supporting management's decision-making. They are also responsible for ensuring our facility space, service requirements and controls are in place.
Human Resources
The Human Resources team works throughout the U.S. to recruit, develop and retain talented professionals that make our company a great place to work. From a comprehensive onboarding program to on-the-job training and ongoing career development, the Human Resources team is keen on providing support throughout each employee’s journey with DHL.
IT
The Information Technology team works closely with our business partners to design and maintain innovative e-commerce technical solutions to enhance our product offering. The team collaborates with other global technical teams to share best practices and ensure systems are developed, enhanced, and integrated using the latest industry methods and security standards. Working with some of the leading e-commerce platforms and logistics software solutions, IT also facilitates customer access and value from our products.
Network Operations
Listening to the voice of our customers is key to continuous improvement and building new solutions around our operations. This team strives to deliver our customers’ parcels and packages to their domestic and international destinations safely, quickly and efficiently.
Product Management
The Product Management team works to develop strategies that establish our competitive advantage within the industry. This team is vital in supporting and evolving our domestic and cross-border product portfolios, as one of the fastest-growing business units at DHL. This team works closely with other departments within the company to bring our vision of connecting people, improving lives to life.
Sales
The Sales team focuses on enhancing the relationships with our current customers and working to develop new opportunities to continue to drive company success. Each sales individual is key to leveraging their territory and ensuring both potential and existing customers feel confident in having DHL eCommerce as an extension of their business.

Our hardworking full-time and part-time Distribution Center employees work together to ensure all shipments move properly and promptly, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Encoder
Encoders are responsible for verifying scanning production levels and manual encoding pieces standards are achieved to ensure our customer’s shipments move through our distribution center network efficiently, ultimately reaching the hands of the consumer. This team works together to accomplish all required tasks while maintaining the encoding station from set up to break down in one of our expansive distribution centers.
Sorter
Our Sorters confirm all packages are correctly sorted by ensuring labels are clearly printed and correctly placed on each package. This work directly impacts the ease with which each package is delivered, providing a seamless experience for our customers and consumers. Sorters will work with state-of-the-art technology in one of our distribution centers located around the country.
DDU Runner
DDU runners play a vital role in the day-to-day functions of our distribution centers. There are many important tasks including assembling set-ups for production floor departments, processing parcel sacks, loading completed containers and assisting in all areas of production. Before each package heads out of our distribution centers, a final quality control check is always performed by one of our DDU Runners before shipments are sent out for delivery and loaded onto a driver’s vehicle for dispatch to make sure all packages will arrive seamlessly at every consumer’s doorstep.
Operations Supervisor
Operations Supervisors are responsible for implementing policies and procedures to manage the process of parcels moving throughout our network. As a leader within our distribution centers, this role includes assigning and monitoring tasks, supervising parcel processing, reviewing productivity, establishing an environment of teamwork, conducting quality checks and overseeing safety activities.
Encoder
