He has spent seven years overseeing Control Tower operations, focusing on integrated solutions, implementing the LSHC Transport COE, and managing complex transport operations. Additionally, George served three years as the North America LLP lead, emphasizing customer and product growth. Since 2021, his responsibilities have expanded to include LLP Account Management, Operational Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Implementations.

As Sr. Specialist in Business Development & Innovation, Cedric Grosch drives the deployment of connected devices and end-to-end Internet of Things solutions across all sectors and DHL business units in the Americas. He manages innovation projects with technology partners, customers, and startups and is part of the DHL Americas Innovation Center in Chicago. Cedric began his journey at DHL Group in 2018 with a part-time shop floor job at Deutsche Post while studying industrial engineering. He completed internships at the DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf and Chicago before assuming his current role.

Senior Innovation Manager, Robotics and Automation Lead - DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation

Ben works at DHL’s Americas Innovation Center, a platform designed to engage customers, startups, and industries on the future of logistics. As part of the global Innovation and Trend Research team, he tests and evaluates emerging logistics technologies. Ben leads the Robotics and Automation initiative, shaping group strategy and integrating cutting-edge technology into DHL operations by collaborating with various solution providers. Throughout his career, he has worked with leaders in operations, academia, R&D, and venture capital on topics like robotics, automation, clean tech, and AI. Based in Chicago, Ben holds a bachelor’s and master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Meredith Williams is the Senior Director of Solutions Design for North America and the Global Lead for the Solutions Design Automation Practice. With over seven years at DHL and nearly 15 years in the 3PL industry, she focuses on delivering efficient and cost-effective solutions for customers through best practices, lean processes, and technology. Meredith also supports regional and global design teams, ensuring that innovative technologies are researched and integrated within the DHL Supply Chain network to enhance operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Matthew is the Director of Accelerated Digitalization for North America, leading initiatives that position DHL Supply Chain at the forefront of innovation. With over 23 years in the supply chain industry, including six years at DHL, he drives transformational change in accelerated digitalization. Leading a team of engineers and focusing on future technologies, he identifies growth opportunities to keep DHL agile in the evolving North American landscape. Embracing calculated risks and leveraging data-driven insights, Matthew guides the organization toward a future filled with possibilities.

Additionally, Casimira supports regional supply chain teams by deploying proven innovations across the North American network, ensuring that DHL remains competitive and efficient in an ever-evolving industry landscape.
