Phillip Rabsahl leads logistics procurement for Bayer's Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health division globally. Together with his team, he delivers sustainable, customer-focused logistics solutions to support Bayer's mission of "Health for all, Hunger for none." Phillip holds an M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and has spent 11 years at Bayer, holding various strategic procurement roles related to the manufacturing and distribution of healthcare products.

Global Logistics and Network Services Sustainability and Market Intelligence Lead - Pfizer
Walter is the Global Logistics & Network Services Sustainability and Market Intelligence Lead at Pfizer, focusing on sustainability initiatives, carbon emissions reduction, and developing a roadmap toward Net Zero. His strategic execution of the Low Emission Fuels and Vehicles program has achieved significant CO2e reductions. Previously, as Logistics Network Operations Manager, he oversaw critical supply chains and improved cost-efficiency. Walter has worked at Glencore, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and PepsiCo. He holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Zaragoza and a Graduate Certificate from MIT, along with a bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey.
Sabina Reggioli
Global Transportation Expert and Green Logistics Program Leader - Merck Group
Sabina is the Global Transportation Expert and Green Logistics Program Leader at Merck Group, where she identifies transportation opportunities and operational efficiencies to reduce costs and emissions. She successfully led a significant Air to Sea conversion project, improving cost structures and achieving an 11kt reduction in CO2 emissions. Sabina joined Merck’s Logistics department in 2019, bringing experience as Finance Director at Procter & Gamble, where she also served as Plant Finance Director for two chemical plants in Italy. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from LUISS Business School in Rome.

His expertise has made a significant impact in the pharmaceutical sector, positioning him as a leader in logistics management.
Ulf Venne
Vice President Enablement - Everstream Analytics
Ulf Venne, based in Cologne, Germany, serves as VP Enablement for Everstream Analytics, focusing on supply chain risk management for over 12 years. He has helped companies enhance their supply chain resilience and agility. Previously, Ulf led supply chain operations in the telecom industry, earning multiple awards for excellence. In 2023, he was recognized as a Supply Chain Pro-to-Know. An author of numerous articles on supply chain methodologies, Ulf is also a regular speaker at conferences and actively shares insights on LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. He holds a Magister Artium in Sinology and Economics from Friedrich-Alexander University.
Volker Cloos
Director Global Logistics and Supply Chain Asia - Eli Lilly and Company
Volker Cloos began his career in Germany at a manufacturing site, taking on various roles including Planning, Packaging Operations Lead, and Supply Chain Lead. He later led the European distribution center and transitioned to a regional role in Global Logistics, establishing security standards and managing warehouse bids. Volker spent two years in China implementing global supply chain standards and a 3PL model. He then optimized clinical trial distribution in the US, returned to China to enhance logistics processes, and spent four years in Singapore setting up a regional consolidation hub and leading the Asia Supply Chain organization.
Claudia Roa
Global Sector President, Life Sciences and Healthcare - DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation
As President of Life Sciences and Healthcare at DHL, Claudia Roa drives growth and develops global sector strategies, overseeing innovative end-to-end solutions. She is a member of the Customer Solutions & Innovation Global Senior Management Team and leads the DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare Global Senior Management team. With over 33 years of experience, Claudia began her career at AEI/Florcarga in Colombia and relocated to the USA in 2003 after DHL’s acquisition. She has held various leadership roles, leading the Americas sector since 2017 and transitioning to her current global role in July 2021. Claudia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá and resides in Miami, FL with her family.

Ilhami Arslanoglu was appointed Vice President for Life Sciences and Healthcare at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation, EMEA, in 2020. Passionate about the industry, he leads a team that supports the Group's top customers, simplifying complex international supply chains. In 2023, he expanded his role as Regional Head for CSI in Europe. Ilhami joined DHL in 2007 as VP for Automotive and Industrial, later moving to lead the passenger vehicle sub-sector, significantly growing the business with major automotive manufacturers. He has 30 years of logistics experience, over 20 of which focus on automotive logistics.
Florian Schwarz
Head of Sustainability - DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation
As Head of Sustainability in DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI), Florian Schwarz drives the sustainability agenda for the top 100 customers across Deutsche Post DHL. His focus includes reducing carbon footprints through the GoGreen product portfolio, optimizing supply chains, and promoting circularity solutions. He also educates DHL’s sales organization on sustainability and demonstrates thought leadership. Previously, Florian managed the Program Office and the Coronavirus Customer Taskforce. He has a background in Lean Six Sigma and strategy, holding a Master’s in Business Administration and experience across Europe and the Americas.

Vice President, Accelerated Digitalization and Automation - DHL Supply Chain Global
Tim Tetzlaff leads the Accelerated Digitalization & Automation agenda at DHL Supply Chain. Utilizing the company’s scale of over 2,000 operations and 180,000 colleagues worldwide, he identifies, productizes, and implements key digital and automation technologies across the global network. As of 2024, DHL Supply Chain has launched over 7,200 projects, including thousands of collaborative robots, data analytics tools, and wearables. Tim has a background in technology management, economics, and management consulting, driving innovation within the organization.

Vice President, Head of Innovation and Trend Research - DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation
As Vice President and Head of Innovation & Trend Research for DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI), Dr. Klaus Dohrmann positions DHL as a thought leader in logistics and drives customer-centric innovation. He oversees the publication of the Logistics Trend Radar, a benchmark for industry strategy, along with in-depth Trend Reports. His global team manages innovation through customer engagements, technology scouting, and proof of concepts. Additionally, he leads the DHL SmartSolutions IoT team, delivering global IoT solutions for supply chain visibility, operational excellence, customer experience, and employee safety.
