Transparency and Gender Pay Equality Reports
DHL, in compliance with Law 14.611/23, presents the Transparency and Gender Pay Equality Reports, prepared according to criteria established by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
The statistical data highlighted in the reports are based on the methodology used by the MTE, which aims to identify any wage disparities among job groups, according to the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), without making direct comparisons between men and women holding the same positions.
DHL reaffirms its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion, implementing various initiatives that contribute to a more inclusive work environment.
