Privacy Notice for the Campaign "My Club"
DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH, Hermann-Köhl-Str. 1, 04435 Schkeuditz, is responsible for the implementation of the "My Club" campaign. For this purpose, your personal data (name of the club with address, contact person in the club: salutation, first name, surname, function in the club, email address, phone (optional), as well as the contact details of the submitting person: salutation, first name, surname, email address, phone (optional)) will be processed for the execution of the campaign and for contacting the winners. The legal basis for processing this data is the fulfillment of the contract arising from participation in the campaign, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR "Contract fulfillment". We require the contact details for quick communication to process the prize and notify the winner. We also inform the submitting person that they were the one who secured the prize for the club and can coordinate further communication materials/publications with them. The personal data of the contact persons of the participating clubs and the submitting person will be deleted immediately after the campaign. In the event of winning, the club’s name, as well as the contact person's data in the club and the submitting person, will be stored until the complete processing of the prize and then deleted.
By submitting this participation form, the above-mentioned data will be electronically transmitted to DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH, Communication Department, which will process this data for the further implementation of the campaign. Please note that there is no end-to-end encryption, but only transport encryption of your message/data. If you do not agree, you can send us a postal message. DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH guarantees the confidential handling of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for this campaign. Only the name of the winning club will be published as part of the draw on the website dhl.com/My Club and on the DHL Group intranet. If applicable, the club’s name may also be published on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). If your personal data is processed by a service provider (e.g., IT services), it will be ensured that this data processing is in accordance with the respective data processing agreement. Your data will only be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) if permitted under applicable data protection law. In such cases, appropriate safeguards will be implemented to ensure the transfer of your data (e.g., binding corporate rules (BCRs), EU standard contractual clauses). The DHL Group Privacy Policy governs the group-wide standards for the processing of your data.
By participating in the campaign and submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of the contact person of the participating club for the disclosure and processing of the data by DHL Hub Leipzig GmbH, as well as for the publication of the club’s name in case of winning, and that you have informed them about this Privacy Notice.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
