Terms and Conditions of “Special Discount for Shipping to EU and Asian Regions” (the "Program")
- The Program starts from 1 January 2025 and ends on 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- The Program is only applicable to customer who has not sent any shipments and paid instantly at any DHL ServicePoint in the past six months (“New Customer”).
- During the Promotion Period, New Customers shall be eligible to enjoy 50% off the Published Tariff (excluding surcharges, taxes and other additional charges and value-added services) of DHL Express Worldwide service who have (a) sent international shipment (document or non-document with weight between 0.5kg and 30kg) to the Europe (Zone 7) and Asian (Zones 1 – 5) regions (except India) at any DHL ServicePoint and at the same time purchase GoGreen Plus service; (b) settled shipment charges by cash, EPS or credit card.
- This Program is not applicable to customers who have DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”) accounts.
- The discount under this Program only applies to DHL’s published rates, but it is not applicable to surcharges, taxes, other additional charges and value-added services.
- This Program cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
- DHL reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Should any dispute arise from or in relation to the Program, DHL’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
- DHL’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage shall apply to the Eligible DHL Products. For more information, please visit dhl.com.hk.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
「DHL寄歐洲及亞洲地區特別優惠」 (「本活動」)之條款及細則
- 本活動由2025年1月1日起至2025年3月31日終止（包括首尾兩天）（「推廣期」）。
- 本活動只適用於過往六個月內沒有於任何一間DHL速遞中心寄件並即時付款的客戶（「新客戶」）。
- 在推廣期內， 新客戶凡（a）於任何一間DHL速遞中心使用DHL環球速遞服務，付運國際貨件（0.5公斤至30公斤之文件或非文件）到歐洲（分區 7）及亞洲（分區 1-5）地區（印度除外）並同時購買GoGreen Plus服務；（b）以現金、易辦事或信用咭完成付款，即可享正價（不包括附加費、稅項或其他額外費用和增值服務）五折優惠。
- 本活動恕不適用於持有敦豪國際速遞（香港）有限公司（「DHL」）賬戶之客戶。
- 本活動項下之折扣只適用於DHL之標準收費，但不適用於附加費、稅金、其他附加費用和增值服務。
- 本活動不可與其他優惠或折扣同時使用。
- DHL保留隨時在不另行通知的情況下更改有關本活動的所有詳情（包括但不限於本條款及細則）及/或終止本活動的權利。
- 如有任何關於本活動的爭議，DHL保留最終決定權。
- DHL的付運條款及細則適用於有效DHL產品，詳情請瀏覽dhl.com.hk。
- 如本條款及細則的中、英文本有差異，概以英文本為準。
- 任何第三者權益將不可按《合約（第三者權利）條例》（第623章）強制執行。
- 本條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區之法律所管轄及約束。
