Sustainable logistics: DHL GoGreen Plus

Learn all about DHL’s new green logistics service, GoGreen Plus and how DHL Japan is investing in sustainability.

Climate change is the greatest challenge of our time — and it affects all of us. Groupwide, DHL is actively driving carbon reducing initiatives to play our part in tackling the climate crisis. This includes switching to electric vehicles and reducing the carbon footprint of our facilities around the world.

WHAT IS GOGREEN PLUS?

GoGreen Plus is an industry-leading service that enables customers to reduce (inset) the carbon emissions of their shipments by up to 30% through the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF), which is produced with waste cooking oil, sugar cane and other biomass fuels.

This optional green service charges based on cargo weight – and your investment goes fully and directly into developing green technologies and SAF capacity within DHL's global network.

Opting for GoGreen Plus can effectively reduce shippers’ Scope 3 emissions. Carbon reductions are independently audited with certified* emissions savings. Join us in leading the way with sustainable logistics.

*Please note that certificates are only issued for selected GoGreen Plus models.

GoGreen Plus is DHL's solution for true decarbonization, providing easy access to SAF for customers shipping anywhere in the world. help you reduce your carbon footprint.

TAKING CLIMATE PROTECTION TO THE NEXT LEVEL
