Online Supplies Ordering (OSO) is available to DHL Express account holders for the delivery of DHL packaging within Singapore.
To make ordering supplies easier and to enhance security, the new version of OSO requires you to register, giving you access to these time-saving features:
- View and copy previous orders
- Save frequently used delivery addresses in an address book
- Store your DHL account numbers
- Track the status of your order in real-time
Access OSO from MyDHL+
Step 1: Visit https://mydhl.express.dhl/sg/en/home.html to find the access to OSO.
Step 2: Under the “Ship” tab, click on “Order Supplies”.
Upon clicking, it will directly lead you to the OSO homepage.
Create an account
There are two ways to create your account on OSO.
A. Login via MyDHL+ using your existing account
B. Register using your email
Tip: It is recommended to login via MyDHL+ to instantly connect your DHL Express account, instead of manually registering your email.
A. LOGIN VIA MYDHL+
STEP 1: From the OSO homepage, click on the “Login via MyDHL+” button.
STEP 2: Key in your MyDHL+ login credentials to continue.
STEP 3: After logging in, you will be redirected to the OSO homepage to start creating your first shipment.
B. REGISTER USING YOUR EMAIL
STEP 1: From the OSO homepage, click Register now!
STEP 2: Complete the registration form, noting the minimum password requirements.
For your security, you will be asked to change your password every 90 days.
STEP 3: Click Signup to submit your request.
STEP 4: You will receive an email to activate your OSO account. The activation link is valid for 24 hours only.
STEP 5: Once you have activated your account, click Login Page to sign in.
You will also receive an email to confirm that your account has been activated.
STEP 6: Enter your email address and password and click Login.
CREATE A NEW ORDER
After logging in to your account, you are automatically redirected to the New Order page.
STEP 1: Enter your DHL account number.
Is the company name correct for this delivery?
After keying in your account number, the company name that DHL holds for the account will be displayed.
If this is not the company the supplies are being delivered to, click into the “Company Name” field to edit it.
STEP 2: If you wish to save this account number for future orders, tick Save account number.
Tips for future orders
- To retrieve a saved account number, click the Address Book icon to the right of the field.
- If you change the company name, this will be displayed on the next order. It can be edited again as needed.
STEP 3: On the Address page, input your Delivery address. All fields are required.
Click Next to proceed to the product selection page.
The Delivery location field should only be used for instructions that will assist the courier to deliver your order when they arrive at the premises (e.g. loading bay, first floor reception). Our couriers cannot assist with any other requests.
Delivery address tips
- The delivery address and contact details used on your last order will be displayed for the next order. Use the Clear button to enter a new address or overwrite the existing one.
- If you have multiple delivery addresses, we recommend that you add them to your Address book first and then select from it when you order.
STEP 4: On the product selection page, enter the number of packs you require for each item. Click Next to view a Summary of your order.
Order quantities and limits
- There are limits on the number of times you can order a product during a certain period. If this is the case, the system will alert you.
STEP 5: On the summary page, check that the details are correct. If not, use the Edit buttons to go back and amend.
Click Confirm to submit your order.
STEP 6: You will receive an email confirming your order details.
STEP 7: Go to “Order History” tab to view your orders.
Updates on your order
- For any update regarding your order, you will receive an email notification informing you about the update with the following message:
- To view the update, head on to your Order History and click on the message icon for the respective order.
TIP: To ensure you receive all order notifications, remember to whitelist the email address noreply@dhl.com.
MANAGE YOUR OSO ACCOUNT
The options available from the top menu help you to manage your OSO account and make ordering your supplies quicker and easier.
ORDER HISTORY
- View all the orders placed under your login
- Copy previous orders and edit them as required
PERSONAL DATA
- Manage your contact details and password
- I want to be forgotten – if you no longer need your OSO account, you can permanently delete it.
You can register again if required, but none of your previous data cannot be restored
ACCOUNT NUMBERS
View, add and delete your DHL accounts. Then just select the correct one when you create a new order
ADDRESS BOOK
- Store your frequently used delivery addresses
- When you create a new order, you can quickly select one from the address book
