The board aims to provide UK businesses with guidance for navigating challenges and leveraging international trade opportunities. UK company size thresholds are set to change in April, increasing by approximately 50%, which may result in many businesses transitioning to smaller classifications and reducing their regulatory requirements. For example, under the new threshold, microbusinesses will be defined as those with an annual turnover of up to £1 million, while small businesses will now have a turnover of up to £15 million.
