1)    This DHL Lucky Draw for Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres  (this “Lucky Draw”) starts from 17 March 2025 and ends on 24 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Lucky Draw Period”).

2)    For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions,

• “DHL” means DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited.
• “Eligible Customer” means any of DHL customers fulfill all the following requirements:
  • completed one or more Eligible Transaction(s) during the Lucky Draw Period;
  • successfully register at DHL’s designated webpage (https://www.dhl.com/discover/zh-hk/DHLxColdplay / https://www.dhl.com/discover/en-hk/DHLxColdplay) on or before 25 March 2025, 23:59 with relevant DHL waybill number(s) and other information required in respect of the Eligible Transaction(s) provided during the registration process.
• “Eligible Product” means any of the following DHL international service products:
  • DHL Express Easy;
  • DHL Express Worldwide;
  • DHL Express 9:00;
  • DHL Express 10:30; and
  • DHL Express 12:00.
• “Eligible Transaction” means any order of Eligible Product together with GoGreen Plus Service with all service charges fully settled at DHL ServicePoint during the Lucky Draw Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, all shipment(s), including document(s) or parcel(s), shipped under one (1) DHL waybill shall be considered as one (1) transaction for the purposes of this Lucky Draw.

3)    The Eligible Customers can get one (1) Lucky Draw chance for each Eligible Transaction registered and any repeated registration will not be entitled to more entries to this Lucky Draw.

4)    Lucky Draw winners (each a “Winner”) will be drawn randomly by computer to win the following prizes (each a “Prize” and collectively “Prizes”):

• Four (4) Winners will each receive two (2) tickets of Coldplay's Music Of The Spheres World Tour Tickets;
• Twenty (20) Winners will each receive one (1) DHL x Coldplay t-shirt.

5)    Each Mobile Number can only be eligible for the Prize once.

6)    Winners will be selected randomly by the computer system on 28 March 2025. The announcement of the winners will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 2 April 2025.

7)    The Winners will be notified by DHL by email or SMS of the redemption details within seven (7) working days after the end of the Lucky Draw Period. If any Winner fails to collect the Prize according to the instructions stated in the notification or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any terms and conditions in connection with the Prize, the Prize shall be deemed to be forfeited and no compensation shall be provided by DHL.

8)    These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of DHL whose decisions on and in relation to these Terms and Conditions and the Lucky Draw are final and conclusive.  DHL shall not be liable to any of and all Eligible Customers in any way whatsoever and howsoever for their participation in this Lucky Draw and bears no responsibility for any issue or dispute arising from or in connection with the mechanism and operation of this Lucky Draw.

9)    DHL is not an organizer or manufacturer of the Prizes and will in no event accept any liability or responsibility in relation thereto.  DHL will not provide any alternative gift, replacement or warranty maintenance service for the Prizes in case of cancellation or postponement of the concert or loss or damage to the Prizes (as the case maybe).

10)    No substitution or replacement of, or modification to the Prizes shall be permitted.

11)  The Prizes cannot be sold, resold, transferred or otherwise disposed of to any other person, in exchange for cash, other products or discounts or other considerations.  There shall not be any refund, compensation or claim (of any kind) on, for or in connection with any unclaimed or unused Prizes (or any portion thereof), any service or entitlement thereto (or any portion thereof).

12)  The Eligible Customers must provide DHL with full and accurate information and data during the registration process of this Lucky Draw.  The Eligible Customers hereby authorize DHL to check and verify information and to process and conduct transaction on their behalf for the purpose of or in relation to this Lucky Draw and/or redemption of the Prizes.

13)  The Eligible Customers hereby acknowledge and agree that their personal information and data may be collected, used and kept by DHL in the course of and for the purposes of this Lucky Draw and/or award of the Prizes; and the Eligible Customers hereby consent to such collection, use and record keeping thereof for the purpose of this Lucky Draw and/or award of the Prizes.

14)  The Eligible Customers are responsible for the correctness and authenticity of the provided information during the registration process of this Lucky Draw. If DHL discovers at any time, whether after or during the Lucky Draw Period, that any person has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, DHL is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in this Lucky Draw and receiving the Prize.

15)  DHL is not responsible for any persons’ failure to join the Lucky Draw or be awarded or receive the Prizes due to any defects, failure or malfunction of computer, network, telephone, technology or other problems whatsoever.

16)  DHL further reserves the right to exclude an Eligible Customer who violates these Terms and Conditions, tampers with this Lucky Draw, engages in abusive, deceit or fraudulent behaviour in relation to this Lucky Draw or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable law or regulations. If an Eligible Customer is excluded, the Prize may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

17)  DHL’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage shall apply to all DHL Products. For more information, please visit www.dhl.com.hk. 

18) If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

19)  No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).

20)  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
