Express Easy, international delivery of document and non-document shipments with easy-to-use packaging, and it is exclusive for cash customers shipping at DHL ServicePoints.

  • DHL will reduce (inset) CO2 emissions from air transport through the purchase of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)
  • DHL Express Easy Boxes are provided
  • Tailor-made for export shipments with global coverage
  • Each box requires one set of shipment waybill and shipping document
  • The minimum chargeable weight per shipment is 0.5kg and maximum shipment weight is 30kg
  • All payment must be settled in Hong Kong SAR China

Calculating the rate:

  1. Determine the zone of the destination
  2. Look up the weight and match the identified zone to locate the appropriate rate

DHL Express Easy Box 

 

DHL Express Easy Zone

  • DHL EXPRESS EASY Boxes must be used for your shipment in order to enjoy the EXPRESS EASY rates.
  • The minimum chargeable weight is 0.5kg.
  • Recommended maximum weight for EXPRESS EASY Box is 25kg.
  • Maximum shipment weight is 30kg.
  • DHL EXPRESS EASY shipments that exceed the box maximum weight limit will be charged with DHL EXPRESS EASY respective weight interval.
  • DHL EXPRESS EASY shipment will be charged based on their actual weight or Boxes billable weight (whichever higher).
  • Fuel Surcharges and GoGreen Plus service are included.
  • All Rates stated here are excluding taxes, other fees and surcharges (where applicable).
  • Should additional services be required to be performed by DHL for the customer, DHL will be entitled to charge customer for all taxes, duties and expenses payable to third parties and any associating handling fee as a result.
