Select "Create a shipment".

Fill in Shipper/Receiver details and click "Next".

Choose "Document" or "Package" and select the best descriptions for your shipment.
Step 4:
Complete the invoice information if you choose “Package”. Fill out mandatory fields; optional fields can be filled if available.
Step 5:
Select the suitable packaging and enter the weight and dimension.
Step 6:
Select Credit Card for payment.
Step 7:
Choose the Shipment Date. Express Worldwide is the standard option.
Step 8:
When the "No Printer?" prompt appears, follow the on-screen instructions. You can choose to "Schedule a courier pickup" or "Drop off at a DHL ServicePoint".
Step 9:
- If you choose "Schedule a courier pickup," please complete the estimated pickup time and location, and select "Get QR code".
- If you choose "Drop off at a ServicePoint", select "At DHL ServicePoint " to find the nearest service point.
Step 10:
Review estimated charges and complete the payment. Once the payment is completed, DHL will send you a confirmation email containing a QR code electronically.
Step 11:
Show the QR code when dropping off the package at the selected DHL ServicePoint or to our courier for pick up.
