How DHL Express parcel tracking works

After creating a shipment with your DHL Express business account and filling out the information required for your air waybill (AWB), you will receive a 10-digit unique code, known as your AWB number or reference number. This unique code will be used for tracking the movement of your parcel or providing it to customer support should you have any concerns. 

You can share this tracking number with your recipient. That way, they can monitor and arrange for an ideal delivery schedule or collection at their local DHL Express. 

To know the status of your parcel, you can use the DHL Express Mobile App to type in your 10-digit AWB number on the tracking number field or track by reference on our website. After that, click the “Track My Parcel” button. You will then get detailed information on the progress of your parcel through our delivery network.
