DHL Express Malaysia account holders can now offer their customers the convenience of self-collection as the company becomes the latest member of Parcel365’s logistics partners. With this collaboration, businesses have access to more than 60 lockers located at high-rise residences across the Klang Valley.
Comprising compartments of varying sizes, the system of secure storage units allows communities to collect their documents and parcels anytime throughout the day. When a delivery is made to a locker, the recipient will receive a notification on the Parcel365 app. Once their personal details are verified, they will obtain a one-time PIN code to retrieve their package.
“Due to other commitments, it can be challenging for some to stay home and wait for their items to arrive,” said Deng Joon Loong, Director of Ground Operations at DHL Express Malaysia. “Many condominiums also have entry restrictions, forcing tenants to come down to the lobby or security booth. As we continue to improve customer convenience, it made sense to work together with Parcel365 to provide a pickup experience that is fast and flexible.”
Mok Yew Keong, co-founder and executive director of Parcel365, said, “We are delighted to introduce DHL Express Malaysia to our network of locker stations. Parcel365 has been the option of choice for many ecommerce sellers and retailers whose clientele want to collect their online orders at a time and place that suit their needs.”
The app is available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. For more information, visit Parcel365’s official website.
