Step 3: Label

Shipment Issue
If your mobile phone is damaged, file a report through our Customer Service within thirty (30) days of receiving the parcel.
Provide a detailed description of the damaged item, including colours, size, weight, packaging, texture, markings, and any available photos.
If you believe your mobile phone is lost during shipping with DHL Express, contact the Customer Service as soon as possible and provide your air waybill (AWB) number.
We will backtrack the shipment using the tracking information. A thorough warehouse search, CCTV footage review, and security manager involvement will follow.
You will receive updates, and the issue will be addressed promptly
If you missed a DHL Express delivery, you will find a missed-delivery card in your mailbox.
A second attempt will be made on the next business day. If delivery fails again, the package will be held at our service center until a new arrangement is made.
To avoid miss-delivery, manage your delivery with On-Demand Delivery. You can delay the delivery, leave it with a trusted person, or change the delivery address or date.
If your DHL Express package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact Customer Service immediately with your air waybill (AWB) number and a detailed shipment.
