If you can't access your MyDHL+ account due to a forgotten, expired, or invalid password, follow this step-by-step guide to reset it instantly.
To begin, visit MyDHL+ and select the country of residence.

Step 1: Log In to Account
On the homepage, click ‘Login’.

A notification requesting location permission will appear.
Select ‘Allow this while visiting this site’ to enable faster access with minimal verification.

Step 2: Reset Password
Click 'Forget/Reset Password' to proceed.

Step 3: Enter Registered Email
- Enter the registered email address.
- Click ‘Start Verification’ to begin identity verification for security purposes.
- Click ‘Next’ to proceed.

Step 4: Check Email Verification Code
Check the email inbox for the verification code.
The code will be sent from noreply@dhl.com, an official DHL email address.

Step 5: Enter Verification Code
