Statement on scam alert on Whatsapp

Recently, we’ve observed a rise in scam cases where scammers pose as our colleagues from DHL Express Singapore. They ask a series of questions regarding our services via WhatsApp offering monetary incentives in return.

DHL does not solicit surveys from customers with monetary incentives. If you come across such messages or know someone who has, please do not respond to them. Instead, report the sender via the WhatsApp reporting feature and inform us via sg.reportphishing@dhl.com.

Service Update: Cessation of Holiday Ad-Hoc Pick-ups

Effective 22nd June 2023, Ad-Hoc Pick-up schedule is no longer available for all Public Holidays, including holidays in lieu, listed by the Ministry of Manpower.

The ad-hoc pick-up timings from 29th June 2023 will be as follows:

Monday - Friday Saturday Sunday / Public Holiday
Earliest Pickup Time 9:30 AM 10:00 AM Not Available
Pickup window 2h 2h Not Available
Latest Booking Time 5:00 PM 11:00 AM Not Available
Latest Pickup Time 7:00 PM 1:00 PM Not Available

This is effective for all channels, including MyDHL+, Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) tools, Customer Service and ESS hotline.

Take note that regular pick-ups on public holidays are not affected by this change.
