Effective on 1 January 2021, DHL is updating the collection cut-off time for Saturday Pick-Up (SAT PU).
Customers will no longer be able to arrange for collection via MyDHL+ and other DHL Electronic Solution Services (ESS) tools after 11am (Singapore local time) on Saturdays.
Pick-ups can still be arranged through our 24/7 Customer Service Live Chat, but Saturday Pick-Up surcharge will apply.
The surcharge can be waived for accounts with an existing regular SAT PU arrangement upon request.
