How to order a transfer by phone

Ordering transport by phone and submitting a shipment via DHL Express has never been easier. See how.

What is the procedure?

1. Order shipment by phone at 18 811 or +421 248 204 700 . 
2. Tell the call center agent the shipper and consignee information, as well as the dimensions, weight, and contents of the shipment.  
3. A call center agent will request your shipment to be picked up and send you an email with a link to finalize your shipping label. 
4. If you want, you can easily offset the carbon emissions generated when your shipment arrives with one click. 
5. Then simply print the label. 
6. A DHL courier will pick up your parcel and you can pay for your shipment.
7. Now it's up to us, we will take care of the safe and fast journey of your shipment to the addressee. You can follow it through notifications and Track and Trace.
8. In case you do not have the opportunity to finish and print your shipping label, do not despair. At our DHL Express Service Points, we can also help you prepare your shipping label.
